Carburetor Performance

Finally fired up the Holley 570 cfm Street Avenger on my rig (see below for B-Co specs). I thought the 570 would not be enough carb for my 351w, but it runs very very well. For those who have similar modifications to there 1980-1987 carb'd rigs, i would suggest the Holley 570 or another performance carb in the 500 cfm - 600 cfm. Although holley suggested the 670 for my application, i decided to go a little bit smaller. Glad I did!! Waiting to see how the B-Co performs off-road :)>-

Great news! Glad it worked out for you. Now you speak from experiance, that bigger carbs don't equal better performance.

Ditto. You won't max that carb out until you get up around 5500 RPM and I doubt that you will be doing that in a Bronco :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
