Carb issues

[-o< I have done full tune up. Plugs,cap,rotor,wires, fuel filter, before problem. Even rebuilt carb after problem. Took to shop to have timing done. They say I have a vaccum leak on top of carb behind primary. The medal looking almost relay swithc on top of the carb came with the carb so I don't understand why now it is a problem. I have a very poor low idle and it spits and sputters untill I get it up to speed. It holds a high rev good with the pedal down. I like where the shop and put its timing but it has a really bad low idle. It likes to die on me. I never had this problem untill it rained one day. I live in Arizona we don't get much rain. Took it to the store one night and every since it spits and sputters. Need desperate help. I have 3 kids and this thing is sucking me try. Any help would be great. [-o<
