for some reason lately my rig cant go over about 60 mph with out my clutch screaming like a 13 year old having her first period. having put a new clutch drive shaft and motor in less than 2000 miles ago im hoping its something that is a quick (and cheap) fix any ideas. i was usually able to cruise right around 70 but it has been slowly droping over the past week or so.

Pressure-plate issues....or clutch adjustment is incorrect. Should be a bit of play on the throw-out bearing arm, & a bit at pedal.

Did you surface the pres. plate while it was out ? Hope you haven't scortched both by now. :((
