Maddog,When I did this sheet metal replacement, I only took one measurement. After you have removed the fenders and grill, take a measurement from the front of the door post to the end of the inner fender. Measure along the top of the inner fender. I would take this measurement from the driver and the passenger side. I removed my fenders and grill as one piece, took this measurement, then removed the old metal. I then spot welded, clamped and sheet metal screwed new inner fenders, inner fender tubs, core support, and fender supports. I couldn,t beleive when I went to replace the front fender/grill assembly that it went back on and all the bolt holes matched up.

It would be a good Idea to take a cross measurement also. Just to know that when you weld the new pieces they are square and your sheet metal is going to bolt back on correctly...nothing fancy Rear Fender Bolt on one Side Front Fender Bolt on the other and then repeat going the opposite direction Measurements should be within 5 mm of each other. the play in the coresupport mounting bolts will let yuou adjust sided to side some.
