Brake Light and Rear Antilock Light Always On

Guess the title says it all. My brakes have been feeling a little mooshy lately.

What gives, and what can I do about it?.

pop the hood. unscrew MC cap (its at the firewall, in front of the driver seat), pour, ***** cap on, close hood. you may have the bleed the brakes, and it would be a good idea to do anyway. both my lights are on, but thats because i fried my ABS trying to dig out ruts a long time ago. doesnt affect it at all except for slightly soft brakes. its not a DD so it dont matter to me
