I have a 96 bronco that I have searched for a brake line for 2 days now. Ford says it is no longer sold and must be fabricated. I have been to NAPA and Autozone looking for a brake line and they dont have the right one needed and say that it doesnt exhist. Well I BEG to differ!!!! I need a brake line for the left front, going from the frame that the shocks are mounted to this box...I think it must be some kind of booster, maybe something to do with the antilocks I am not sure and I dont see anything in my Haynes concerning it....The line from the caliper is fine, then it passes through a bulkhead to a steel, wire wound line that connects to this box. That is the line I need. It has one flared end and one inverted flare end, two different sized fittings on it. The fitting that goes to this "box" is flared and larger than the fitting coming from the caliper side which is inverted flare. PLEASE any help would be GREATLY appreciated as I have to drive this to Tennessee in 3 weeks.

Hey Ski, I had a simular problem with the fittings coming from the master cylinder on my 91. I ended up having to use a NAPA brake line and a reducing fitting.Brian

Hey thanks, I got a used brake line at the junk yard. So that is fixed, what a pain to route it though!!! So now I went to bleed the brakes and the bleed fitting on my caliper wont budge!!!!!! Such an easy task, it just ****** me off!! Sooooo its all rounded now and vice grips are going to have to get it off. I am soaking it with WD-40 right now then tomorrow I will try again. Unless anyone has any suggestions??
