88' Bronco, replaced my heater core a couple of weeks ago. First job I have ever done on my truck that was easier than advertised. Anyways, I cleaned her up afterwards, and just as I was driving into the carwash, the break pedal hit the floor. Luckily, I got home without losing brakes. Climbed underneath and found brake line to left rear is rusted out.
Once the snow stops, I'm going to pull the truck in the garage (I can't kick my wife out of the garage until then). I am thinking it will be best to redo all of the brake lines at the same time. My e-brake is also frozen and doesn't work(I was real lucky I made it home with brake fluid left!). I am going to try and fix the e-brake also. I have done a couple rotor/pad replacements and one drum/shoe replacement, but never messed with brake lines and e-brake linkage. Any pointers I can get from the Broncozone will be greatly appreciated.
-Thanks
