Back-up light switch location?

You will most likely find it on the transmission, at least that is where mine is.

Hi there Buddy, If my mind serves me correct.....all the broncos ford trucks and econoline vans were bout the same. It should be on top of the steering column and it includes the neutral safety switch and it has some adjustment to it. There is a post that triggers the switch coming from the shift tube out of the column. Hope this Helps ya, have a DIXIE day!! GOD BLESS YA!!

Hey again, I checked the manuals I have on hand again. I am pretty sure Im right however it may be mounted outside under the hood at the end of the column similar to a straight drive vech. By the 72-73 year they got pretty safe and had most under the dash on the column, so take a peek!
