I have a 1990/91 Ford Bronco w/ 302 V8, and this is my query. My vehicle is missing the air intake tube, and every shop/dealer I have called can not seem to track one down. Can someone tell me if they know of one sitting around, or if there is an alternative piece I could use.

are you refering to the hose from throttle body to air filter box the box or from box to inlet?

if from the throttle to box you may be able to use a length of hose (appropriate size and strenght to keep it from collapse)

if the box you ha really one option tha i can think of and thats to build or modify a k&n type cone filter setup

if the inlet to the box .....basicaly dont wory about it unless you go into deep water and if thats the case a snorkle and many other mods need to be addressed first

of course you can siplify your life by just going to a junk yard and searching around as far as new i dont believe there is a company that carries them

I am referring to the whole inlet assembly to the filter box. I have noticed that alot of companies no longer make them. Is there a way for me to manufacture one of my own? Could someone do up a drawing for me and I can get it formed by a metal shop?

How much would you take for the whole kit'n'kaboodle? I live in eastern canada and have to deal with the exchange rate and shipping and duty I'm sure. let me know, and I will see if I can do it. I really need the inlet tube as the fuel economy sucks royally right now. 7 1/2 mpg this winter.
