I searched but couldn't find a thread for this topic. I'm in need of any & all info. I can get on a stereo wiring harness that will connect an aftermarket stereo. All I could find only went back to 1982 (Scorche).

If I understand your post..., EB's never came with a stereo.

They came with a simple AM/FM radio.

If you want a stereo set-up.., you'll have to build a small wiring group with a fuse.

Basically, all you need is a pos. a neg. & in some cases a light wire.

All the other wiring is from the stereo to the speakers.

Yes, I'm use to calling ALL in car radio's "stereo's", regardless of if only am, am/fm,cd, etc... Mine did come with an am/fm. Thanks for the info. Where do the wires you mentioned connect on the vehicle end?

Which one RU hook'n up.., your AM/FM or something else.?  I assume the aftermarket.

Your fuse box has a fuse for "radio"

OR.., you can install a fuse-block under the hood for a radio and any other elect. add-ons

you may choose to install in the future.

None of this is hard but not really explainable on a keyboard.

However, it has to be done right. (shorts &/or fire are not a fun thing.)

You should go to the libuary & read up on some basic wiring hook-ups.

Most aft. market radios come with instructions & a simple schematic.

Thanks Bob & Carid. I'll check into the Metra & Am. Int. wiring harnesses.
