Was it fuse "i" in;
cab fuse panel, if soon what number is it?
or in Power Distribution Box (PDB)in engine bay? If it was fuse i (eye), then that provides power to the PCM Power Relay.
Or "U", it provides battery power to PCM POWER RELAY COIL?

Or Fuse 13 in cab fuse panel, Blown, Stop & Hazard Lamps, Stop Sensor for Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) Speed Control & PCM; Short Circuits, Common Locations TSB 95-02-11 for 94-95 Bronco & F Series; wire harness may be pinched/shorted on steering column support behind the dash where the 14401 wire assy may come in contact w/a sharp edge on dash panel wall, I had same short here too & caused E4OD's TCIL (OD switch-LED) to blink like a friggin pia; wires pinched @ brake/tail lights, my 96's stop/turn/tail lights wires were almost cut in half on passenger side against 1/4 panel (inner); wires pinched @ high mount brake light where the wires short on sheet metal;

EEC IV (PCM) wiring diagram, includes PDB FUSE i to PCM Power Relay to THE PCM, Pins 37 and 57, both are for V-PWR (Vehicle Power), that provides supply voltage (regulated 10-14 volts) within the PCM

One possible short that pops PDB FUSE i is at the Canister Purge Solenoid (CANP) wiring harness that shorts out on the exhaust manifold or EGR TUBE.

EDIT!!
ADDING FOLLOWING;
Inpected the PCM connector IN ENGINE BAY, ENSURE IT AND WIRES ARE OK.
Driver's Side B Pillar pic; "...This is a picture of the connector behind the driver side seat belt retractor. This is a common area of problems. On mine, the wires had corroded and fell out of the connector..."
