My 89 bronco RABS needs attention, yellow rabs light started coming on a few months ago and when it did it was like the emergency brake was barely set. well i figured out that if i stopped and shut the truck off and then started it back up problem solved, well about a week ago the rabs light came on and then when i tried to fix it, it only worked till i touched the brake peddle, then a few stops later the red brake light came on to. next thing i know im stopping in a parking lot cause the brakes were almost locked up, after about 20min or so i put my ride i neutral and i gave it a push and it started to roll so i drove it home with the e-brake and no peddle, have takin to a brake shop, 375.00 later i got new rotors and pads, on my way home the front end didnt shake when i stopped, the last turn into my apts the lights came on, back to thwe shop, they took apart the master cyl and i guess the pin or cylinder was something so they adjusted it to how ever they said. well my truck had its ***** back and felt happy. till yesterday i started noticing when i was accelerating from a dead stop my truck was starting be less responsive when starting off, neither of the lights have come on, but my truck even when towing a friends car doesnt run like something is leaning against the front om my truck not letting me go like i want to. heres something i found in my chilton on p 9-20 there are some trouble codes, i need to figure out where therabs valve switch is, and or an open dump circuit. HOPEFULY ITS NOT A COSTLY THING, I WILL TRY WHAT EVER LOGICAL IDEAS YOU MIGHT HAVE, I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO LOCATE THE RABS COMPONENTS, THANKS.
