88 bronco scanned and got code 98.

well i was driveing to walmart and my check engine light poped on. so when i got home i threw on the scanner and got 98 which says electronic pressure control driver in PCM (e4od). i have no idea what that means. i also got a 63 and that says tp circuit below minimum voltage. so im assumeing that my throttle position sensor is going bad. any advice would be helpful.

p.s i have a 88 bronco with a 5.0 transmission was rebuilt about 7 months ago.
