My wife wants a new Mustang and the only way I can think of getting her one is to trade my Chevy truck in on it it's a 96 model and it only has 84k on it and they are fairly easy miles only pulled a trailer once and everything else is mostly in town 3.5 miles back and forth to work everyday and some weekend adventures sometimes 4or 500 miles but nothing too bad excellent condition but she asked if I could fix the bronco to get back and forth to work everyday and let her have the truck as a trade in I don't have a cluee how much gas I'm talking about here and also how dependable will it be after I get everything fixed right???

I absolutely love driving it but I wanted it for more of a toy than anything sooo what do I do???

depends how much you love your wife >:)

I don't think I quite get what you're asking.

If it's dependability you're worried about, don't. If you keep it up the thing will take you anywhere no problem, and shouldn't give you a bit of trouble. I'm running an '88 as a DD, and I don't worry a bit about it.

What I usually do when I can't decide which one I want to do. I just try to think which one I'd regret the most if I changed my mind.

I drive my '81 Bronco every where, from grocery getting to taking the trails on the Sierra Nevadas in So. Cal. What about the cost of insurances, new 4x4 payment, and scratching the paint? ***** it , people move when they see a big and bold Bronco, and I would just waste the money I would save on gas.
