What all will I need to change when converting from 6 cyl to 8? I know that the suspension will need to be changed, but what about the transfer case and rear end?

Suspension need not be changed except to your preference. Nor the rear end.

Go to any EB parts house website......they list out what's needed (some 20-25 items)

Incl. everything fr. radiator, eng., eng. mounts, clutch, trans, adaptor, starter, flywheel, etc., etc.

They list all the peripheral "piecie parts" needed as well.

Your T-case is usable.
