In order to convert to a manual floor shift, you need the manual-shift version of the B-W t-case.

Well I went and found a manual shift t-case and thinking of buying it for $200 exchange is that too much its out of a !ton is it any stronger or what?

Also where do I get the actual shifter rod that comes thru the floor they don't have it I would like to have an original boot to go around it too???

That's a decent price, I also have mine listed for $200. They go for up to $400 at a salvage yard. Not any stronger than your electric shift version, they're the same model #. Just without the troublesome motor which costs $400 to replace. Be sure to get the shifter linkage that bolts to your tranny in the deal. The hole for the floor shifter is already there, just remove the cover plate that's glued over it.

After reading your edit, I see you need the floor shifter. I have that if you want to send me a PM. I sold the boot and cover plate. Try NPD, JBG or LMC, a new boot is about $80, or keep scouring the junk yards.
