4wabs on 94 bronco where can i get a new hcu

just like the title says my hcu went bad on my tuck i do have a parts bronco but i dont think that ones any good eitheir what can i do about it where can i get a new one or is there a way to bypass?

well i did test it and it does test bad with it hooked completly up to the truck so i need a new one or rebuild on you it says that some people have used crown vic parts to fix one i have a grand marquis ( the marquis was the sister car to the crown vic ) which is just going in for scrap its a 99 i wondered if i could use the hcu from that ? i see you mention that in the other post, do you know anything about how to do that ?

Glad you were able to get one there Sam; when I called last summer, they said they didn't have any in stockand their supplier, Raybestos stopped rebuilding the HCUs.

Now I see you're getting the "abs module"?

I don't know if the 99 GM HCU ot ABS Module will work in your year Bronco; doubt it based on a Motorcraft pn search(es) I just did.

it wouldnt be a gm one it would be a ford one mercury/ford same comapny gm would be genral motors do you know what other fords had that abs module on them

Well that was a typo on my part i actullaly i should be getting the abs modulator

Ok, I know many Fords had them; and there is a diff in Bronco years; i.e. 94-96 Broncos are diff than a 93 Bronco. So Ford part numbers are da key in this sit.
