i need some info from the gearheads out here. Will the heads off my 1986 302 fit on a 351M....I've had a few say they would, but i'm not sure...some feed back

They will set right on there because you can take 351C heads ( same as 351M and 400 ) and put them on a 302 ( which is what a 302 BOSS is ) with a special intake . So yes they will set right on there and bolt down . The fun part will be finding an intake to work it will probably have to be fabricated . Personally I dont see any advantage to doing this .

i siezed an engine sat. trying to get her back on the road. I now have a blown 302, dropped to pistons, and a blown 400, snapped to cams in a week. I'm not really worried about emissions and ********, will one of my intakes work with this set-up.....the 400 is carbed, and the 302 is now fuel injected off an 98 f-150

Your pretty much outta luck the 351M and the 400 share intakes the 351C is all by itself as is the 351W and the 289/302 share intakes . There is a special intake to put the 351M/C/400 heads on a 302 because thats what a BOSS was and there is someone making an intake to put 351C heads on a 351W they call it a CLEVOR but to do what your wanting to do is a big step backwards with absolutely no performance advantage so nobody has made anything .
