I have the manual you can download from the net on the 3 spd xsm but it lacks in a few areas for me and of course it isn't coming apart as easily as I would have hoped. 
Does anyone have a better manual?? or maybe some input ont he rebuild?? I want to go to a NV3550 but money at present is an issue so I need to get the 3 spd back in to move the truck. I haved learned (though I should have known) be careful when splitting the intermediate housing, the cause of my problems, the shaft shifted and the bearings from the front input shaft shifted foward and out. Anyway any input would be greatly appreciated. It is a 68 Bronco with the RAT 3 spd. Anyone near Clarksville, Tn with a cheap xsm??? Temporary fix while I get mine done. Please respond to the email provided.
