Details....

This is an 83 full size Bronco?

How did it become crippled?

(is it missing the T-Case and the front axle?)

If it does not have the t-case axle it will be cheaper to start with a new truck.

Add your truck vitals to your signature, it helps with responses. Same question FSB or BII? Never heard of a 2WD FSB.

Good luck,

Yes the bronco I'm talking about is a full size model(302 engine). Not sure what the previous owner did to the truck but I found out that it does still have the T-Case but doesn't have the axle.

Do you mean drive shaft from the T-case to front differential? Is there a differential on the front TTB?

Take a picture of the under side of the truck from the fornt and looking in from under the passeger side door. That will help us more than anything to answer your question.

There isn't a drive shaft at all. Here's some pictures but I also would like to know about the wiring. I have a manual that shows all the diagrams but would like to know where its going, like under the body to the what and up the what.. ect.

You will need the complete TTB setup from a Bronco or an f150. Grab the driveshaft too. Its a direct bolt in.

Might you know how much they run? Just need an estimate.

Also before I go and buy one is there anyway I can test it and make sure it works without removing it?

Personally if it were me I would look for someone who wants to do a straight axle swap, and barter and beg for a deal on his TTB or better yet do an SAS yourself. If you were to buy the parts to do it you would be looking at a few thousand dollars. When I tore mine out for my SAS I just gave it away. So for your question of what to expect to pay, 0 to 3000.00 sorry its so vague but thats the truth. You should be able to find a straight axle dana 44 out of a 78/79 Bronco or F150 for a couple hundred bucks. With a bit of research and fabrication you could have it in for around 1000 to 1500, depending on your fab skills and resources. Cage offroad has a kit to install a straight axle.
