the vibration happened before the 1st clutch replacement. and then continued. and the flywheel and clutch were replaced again, and the vibration is still there..

Ok assuming the clutch and flywheel have nothing to do with it, check out the U-joints. I assume they should have done that, but you never know now days.

Good luck,

couple things. check your d-shaft ujoints. also, have the balancing on the d-shaft itself checked. sometimes when imbalances reside in two different areas, the harmonics can come together at a certain RPM and create a tangible vibration, like the one you are feeling. are your tires in the rear balanced correctly?

You can also try reversing the driveshaft-rear axle pinion yoke where the u-joints mount 180 degreees. IF the vibration is still there, your driveshaft is out of balance or a u-joint or the double cardan joint needs replacing.

Not sure of the wheelbase of your truck, but if you have a two piece driveshaft, the hanger bearing could be worn out, that will cause a vibration under load as well.
