1994 xlt 5.8 HVAC switch

So this is the project from **** lol.
Long story short all new ac (compressor, dryer, switch, hvac switch, vacuum line)

My HVAC switch is not sending power out to the purple line.

I took it to multiple mechanics and the last guy was very confident it was my HVAC switch.
Ergo I replaced this, when I test the front metal of the switch I’m getting power on all the little plates, the orange Blk and yellow blk also have power.
But
There is no power coming out of the purple line, which is what cause the ac compressor to engage.
I changed all the fuses for news ones just in case and still nothing.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Update: find out it was the brown/white wire coming back from the fuse panel.

Issue is idk how to fix this

What vehicle are we looking at here? Year, model, engine, trans, 2 or 4wd?

Ditto, we need year so we can find the proper wiring diagram. Sounds like you are close, bad wire from fuse block to HVAC panel.

Maybe something else on that circuit is popping the fuse?

It is possible the fuse block is bad as well.

Need more info.

Found it! The wire was literally split right behind the fuse.

It’s a 94, xlt, 4wd
