I dont know if i am doing this right.

1991 5.0 rolling idol after about 4-5 miles. at cruise it surges.Please help.

no check ingine light or code.

First thought is fuel. Check the preasure. How long since the filter has been changed.

The egr may be the problem. Disconnect the vac. line and see if the problem still occurs.
