I have a 1988 Bronco that was running rough so I replaced Sparkplugs, Wires, distributer cap and rotor. My son crossed a couple of the spark plug wires but we figured it out quickly and it ran wonderful for a short drive up and down the street. I parked it for a day but when I went to start it the next day it started to fire up then went completely dead. Now it will turn over finr but will not even attempt to start. I checked and I am getting fire at the plugs but they do not seem to be wet with gas. Either I have messed up the timing of the ignition somehow (but then it ran fine for a while so I don't think this is the case) or I am having a fuel delivery problem and it is just a coincidence that it happened at this time. Any suggestions on how to check the fuel pumps to make sure they are working properly? Any other ideas as to what could be wrong?
