Hey guys... Everything has been good with the bronco for quite some time. I did the EZ wiring harness when I did the build in 2014 and all electrical has been perfect.

Now, I recently rebuilt the heater box and reinstalled into the bronco, and also put a Rampage top on it. Wanting to use it more in the winter.

Now my gauge fuse keeps blowing. 10A fuse, and the only thing hooked to it is the gauge cluster. Not pulling electrical off it for anything else.

Would a bad voltage reg on the back of the cluster cause this? When the fuse is good, gauges all seem to reading correctly. With a new fuse in, I can start and drive the bronco with no issues and gauges work, but if I shut it off and restart, I blow the fuse...

Thanks

Put the meter on it and see when it gets hit with a change in the amps. Take a good look at the back of the switch too. A good power probe may be a good investment

Put an Ohmmeter on it and it looks to be open, and I put a new fuse in and pulled voltage off of both sides and I had 12.1V on both poles, so I am guessing that it is blown. I will run to Toms on Monday and get a new one, hopefully that is my issue. I HATE ELECTRICAL ISSUES!!!
