no it dont run..... yet!!!!it has a 289 3spd the motor is not locked up and we have got it to turn over a couple times by jumping wires across but not by the ignition

The best way to start the motor if its been sitting is pull the distributor and use a long screwdriver and drill so you can spill up some oil pressure before you start. Thats after the oil change and squirting oil down each cyl hole.
