I own a traxxis t-maxx and I just restored it from storage. My dad and I fixed it up and we replaced the rear bearings. The speed control is old and I need to replace it. But I need to know if something is wrong with the servo too. When I give it full throttle in reverse, the steering starts jolting left to right uncontrollably. But with haf throttle, no problem occurs. What's going on?!

I used to race radio controlled trucks a long time ago it was alot of fun and I still have a ton of stuff . What probably is happening is electrical noise from the motor is causing the radio interference . Do you have capacitors on the motor ? If not put some on it . Trinity made a good kit . If you do then I would try taking the brushes out and cleaning them and it there worn bad I would replace them . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I am not totally concerned about the reverse issue since I don't use it much, but know my tranny died. I drove up my driveway and it made a loud noise like sand was in it. Then it refused to move. I took off the wheel and removed the gearbox cover. Nothing seemed to be wrong so I am taking it over to R/C car kings. I'll tell you the problem as soon as I find out what it is.

Turn 12 Titan engine is too much for the XL-1. It hit all the smoke and the magic will come out. The XL-1 is responsible for the Traxxas Stinger 20-turn, and 27 engine or trigger actions, but nothing hotter to speed control of your car.
