96 EB Bronco drivers side mirror glass (with turn signals)

I checked the archives for any new posts on replacement glass for my 96 EB Bronco driver's side mirror with turn signals.  My original mirror glass fell out and broke, but I have the pieces and the chevron on the rear of the mirror glass. I can remove it and apply it to a new mirror and use 3M 467MP "circles" to attach the glass.

Replacement mirror glass through Amazon and at all parts stores is double-sided which is useless to me.  Anyone have a source for a new mirror glass, black back?  If not I'll go to a glass place and have a piece of real mirror glass cut using the double-sided mirror I bought as a template. Is there a better solution?
