Long Term Experience with Dash Caps?

Has anyone been using a Coverlay Dash Cap for an extended period of time? My 84 dash is pretty rough and I can't bring myself to by a new dash pad. For $170 (w/shipping) and lifetime warranty I'm wondering if it's too good to be true. Thanks in advance for your input!

i have only seen one in person, but it was a 92-96 model. i thought it looked pretty good.

Update:

Cap went on easy, not an "exact" fit but can't complain for the price and the look. Color close match to what I redid interior with. Not a daily driver and I park in a garage, so it hasn't seen much sun. With the lifetime warranty included, I'm a satisfied customer.
