Your best bet would be a used auto parts yard. I haven't seen those parts in any catalog. If you need the floor brackets as well, take a breaker bar with you, the bolts are usually pretty much rusted in.
Also, put a request in the Parts For Sale & Wanted part of the forum. You might get lucky and find someone whoe has a set they can part with.

For a YARD SEARCH on-line, I use;
