I have a 1993 Ford bronco xlt and I have Sylvania 3157 bulbs and they work perfect but when the lights are on during the night time they don't dim down like a dual filiment bulb would it has one brightness setting and that's it.. So my question is there a LED bulb that will dim down when the lights are on so when you push the brake they get brighter? Has anyone else had this issue?

The bulb is probably OK.  Sounds like a dirty socket, loose/bad wire or connection.

Check your brake light switch.., if both sides fail to light, that's usually the problem.

Another test.., see if the blinkers (turn signals) flash brighter, or not at all.

BTW.., lights don't "DIM-DOWN"

There's a tail light filament --- and a brake/turn signal filament.

Ea. filament has ONE brightness..., the brake/turn being the brightest.

True

LED bulb in the old tail light socket will not make a big difference. If you want to upgrade the look you can get some new replacement taillights with aftermarket design.

they are relatively inexpensive. Check them here: http://www.carid.com/1993-ford-bronco-taillights/
