Ok the smoking of oil out of the tail pipe smells like oil and their is no water dripping out of tailpipe but I checked the oil today and their are signs of water which would indicate a blown head gasket but the plugs are black and smell like gas and the water pump is leaking. Is there a possibility water is getting into the oil because of the water pump or could I be dealing with more than one problem?

Hard to tell from here, but I'd say you are dealing with more than one problem.  Attack one at a time, or it may be easier to pull the engine to do it.  Either way, fix the water pump and most likely you need to pull the head.

Good luck,

:)>-

Compression check the cylinders.  if one bank is extremly low than the other then its a blown gasket.  if not then go back to the water pump and gasket behind the timing chain cover.
