best exhaust for a straight pipe in a 5.8 Windsor

my stock exhaust manifold has a hole if the passenger side and want to replace but need help to figure out which one are the best. i want straight dual straight pipes with only cat's and turn downs under the truck.

Hey BB Usa,

A bit more info would be helpful.

1- does your state have inspection? Can you run without mufflers and be considered "legal" ?

2- what engine are you running,( Year, carb or FI, any other mods) ?

3- Gearing?

4-What is the purpose or intended use of your truck?

Without some basic info, any information on the type of exhaust would be just an opinion poll.

90 5.8, CORRECT?

Many like the fit & quality of Ford Shorty Headers

I can't Copy & Paste some installs in a 90 5.8 Bronco in the forum due to upgrading to WIN 8.1; but I can I a PM. crazy, huh?
So I'll PM you with an install or 2 and if you can copy & paste it into this topic so others can chime in.

well in my state i can run without mufflers but have to have cats. my motor is fuel injected and the gearing is stock. the main use for my truck is a daily driver but i take it in the woods alot. i want more power but also if possible better fuel mileage. i just want some headers that will bolt in place of my stock ones, for i dont have the time or tools to make any major mods.

Knowing that, I would go with the shorty headers as M5 suggested.
