Came to check in see if there was any hub bub on the 2016 I keep hearing about, but mainly to search for info on fixing my rear window.

Sounds like the motor is working but it ain't moving. At least upward, it will fall down some if you hit a bump. Afraid to take it all the way down to look at, in case it's more than I can spend right now. Pops passed at the first of the year and trying to get his 78 C10 tagged and back on the street and the 79 FLH motor is sickly! All my girls are sickly these days.

I will do a search but if someone has a link they can point mt to cool. Not ready to spend too much, but sure easier to get stuff back there then behind the seats!

Thanks

Hey RR,

Sorry to hear about your dad, and hoping your girls feel better soon.

I don't have a link, I'm sure someone else here does, but even with that you really need to open it up and take a look at what's going on.

Good Luck with everything.

Welcome back, sorry about your family situation.

If you hear the motor turning but not moving the window, then it is usually because the gearing is destroyed.  You can get a rebuild kit from Jeff's http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/c-82.

Like Ron said, before buying the parts you need to verify that is the problem.
