Hello - I have a 1994 bronco that I just put new radius arms on. Everything has been installed and tightened down appropriately. I have thoroughly inspected everything, re-tightened bolts, replaced the 'rear' axle pivot bushing, replaced the brakes, put two new shocks on (quad shocks), replaced tie rod ends, got it aligned, ..etc. For whatever reason, I now hear a very deep clunk when I am in reverse and turn the wheel to the right when backing up. I can't understand where this could be coming from where there is so little room for movement in the front end  . Has anyone else experienced this before? Thanks in advance.

Heya. When you're in reverse and turn the wheel, does the noise persist when you keep the wheel in that position while backing up? If so then its probably from the tire rubbing against the frame of the truck, usually the sway bar.

yo,

Get a helper w/a cheap mechanic's stethoscope or a garden hose section to try to track the location; try not to run over helper (don't ask my better-half who owes me a new pair of Dockers)

The usual Clunk in our Broncos is

Drives Shaft slip-joint

Slip Shaft Spline Lubrication pic in a 95 (same as your 94)

a Bronco driveshaft is two pieces that slide together. The slipshaft is normally covered by a rubber boot in the middle like in the pic
