Bell housing on the transmission is different, it won't bolt up. The Windsor (for lack of a better term) has a "small block" bolt pattern which it shares with the 302 for the transmission and the 351M has a "big block" bolt pattern which it shares with the 429 and the 460.

You should be able to get a C-6 from a later Bronco or F-Series 4X4 302 or 351 windsor ( or small block C-6 two wheel drive and change the tailshaft and housing) (requires gutting the tranny). As far as the motor mounts you should be able to use the ones for a 73-79 F-Series with a 302.
