Im stripping the interior of my 79 to get ready to send off for paint. Im stuck on these arm rests though. Im trying to be real easy with the panels as they are in great shape but 30 years old. Someone show me the way? Thanks

if you are asking how to remove them i belive it is a 3/8 bolt head and you have to use 1/4 drive to fit in the holes. they are at the bottom of the armrest going up at an angle. hope this helps.
