I am considering the following solution; 1) install a return line on a new sending unit, 2) joining the return fuels lines together (aux & rear tank) through a 'T' and bypass the the fuel switch, 3) fuel switch would only have the primary fuel lines. What are the implications of using this solution? Does someone with a 73 Bronco find an alternative solution (ie move to electic fuel pump)?
03-21-09....Thanks for the feedback. The vehicle is stock from bumper to bumper. Under the hood is a 302 married to a C4 transmission. With the introduction of the 1973 Bronco, Ford Motor Company began messing with the emissions by installing return fuel lines and carbon canister.
