Im workin on a 68, and the front windsheild frame at sometime in the past was broken and rewelded, ''hackjob''.
so I want to cut the corners and reweld it, can somebody tell me what the correct inside or outside dimension are ,I have nothing to go by and I want to make sure I get it right for the glass and seal fit right.
thanks

Meas. from outside the veh.
59 7/8" outside across the bottom ---- 56 7/8" outside across the top. (just below the wiper studs)
Meas. fr. the driver seat. metal lip to metal lip.
57" inside across the bottom --- 54 5/8" inside across the top. (this one was hard to see..roll bar in the way.)
