Here are a few pictures of my bronco. Took the doors of about a month ago, hard tops been about 2 months, soft top is great. Starting my change bronco color project, have one door painted, and now the tailgate. What you think.. Still working on getting my 5 KC roof lights rewired and back on the truck.. Hope you enjoy, and happy bronco'ing

I love the "Bubba" phase, where you have different colored body panels before a new paint job!!! The doors-off look is great, too. Have you thought about doing the quick-disconnect pins for the door hinges? Took me less than 30 minutes to do, and makes the mod much easier after the first time, JSM84

just wondering, has anyone seen lambo doors on a bronco before? Just curious, cause that could save headaches when parking in a tight space.

jsm84, Thanks for the comp's. Yes i have thought about doing the door hinges, i think i read something you wrote way back about it, t is in the workings. The guys at work are giving me $h!t for the color olive drab, cause im military, but i seen it on a nother and loved it. Its going to be a slow process, using spray cans and hand sanding, but comes out nice. Have like 6 projects going on at once..

never seen Lambo doors on a bronco, but it probably could happen.

The work on the tailgate looks good so far. I, too, get teased a little because my Bronco is the same color as most of the vehicles on Ft. Hood even though mine is not "flat" painted. That's just the color the original owner wanted, I guess. I may change it someday. My paints still in pretty good shape so I have plenty of time to decide.

Keep up the good work on you rig and Sempre Fi, bud. (I think thats how you guys spell that?)

The outside-mounted spare tire carrier works good for some tube doors. I built some for my Bronco, should be a post on that somewhere and pics at superford.org, JSM84

I too have plans for a door project in the future. I plan to get a second set of doors and build something like this guy has on his BroncoII:

Linked that photo from here.

Here is an inside shot of the same truck:

The post that photo came from can be found here, further down in the same thread as the first photo.

Here is another guy who did a similar project on a '95 Bronco. I think a set of 1/4 doors and JSM's quick release pin will be a sweet setup for the summertime.

I really like the open air look, but I want to keep some kind of door on there to hide the hinges and door seals to keep it "clean" looking and so things don't roll out the side if you drop something on the floor.

Oh yeah, we definitely need someone to post an article on some half doors. Those are SO cool, and will keep some of the mud from getting on your floorboards when wheelin'. Without any doors, it looks like a horse dumped inside the Bronco after a mud bog!!! JSM84
