The end of the black carbon fiber looking trim strip is broken on my tailgate trim. When I search ebay for the entire trim panel, I see ads for rolls of carbon fiber self adhesive trim. Has anyone replaced just that piece of trim with this type of rolled trim? If so, how does it look compared to stock? The ends of the stock trim piece are profiled to match the aluminum behind it so I am concerned how it would look and how you could cut the trim so it looked normal.
