so i did a pad slap cause my pads were worn down a little, when i pulled the calipers off i noticed no anti-rattle pins of anything like that, so instead of stopping right there i decided to swap the pads out and now they are rattling around like crazy, they stop great......also i forgot to bend the little ears on the out-board pad, will that cause the rattle? and will it be safe till im in the mood to pull the wheels back off?

Your Bronco should have some factory pad spacers, if not some pad manufacturers have them in the box when you buy them. Then if either of those fail, you need to get some shims for the inside pad..... I had this problem and found out the same thing. Your calipers dont always reajust to the pad and may open up a bit to far.

Just a thought.
