I have a 1966 Bronco that I would like to sell. I also have a 1972 parts bronco that I am looking to get rid of along with it. I'm located just outside of Minneapolis, MN.
I bought the pair over that past year with the hope of restoring the 66 but I am not mechanically inclined and the two friends I have that promised their assistance have since backed out. Here is what I know about the pair, mostly according to the previous owners.
The 1966 Bronco Wagon
'66 Bronco Wagon (with clean title)- Body in good shape – stored winters, originally CA vehicle, all original metal with some rust spots in the usual areas. Runs and drives, has clean title. Original 170 CI 6 cylinder. 3 gas tanks for about 45 gallons capacity, heavy duty bumpers, spare tire rack, roof rack, KC Daylighters, newer 10.5 x 31 all terrain tires, dual shocks in front, air adjustable shocks in back, steering stabilizer, 4 point roll bar, new battery, newer clutch, 3 speed trans on the floor, upgraded polyurethane bushing in the front end.
I have an additional 289 V8 that came with the '66. It is from a '67 LTD rebuilt but never assembled that will be including in this sale - block bored and honed .030" over, heads shaved .005", valves ground, hardened inserts on exhaust valve ports for unleaded gas, new - aluminum pistons and wrist pins balanced on rods, medium cam, lifters, timing chain and gears, oil pump, bearings, gasket set
The 1972 parts Bronco
Also have a 1972 parts bronco with I think a 351, and Dana 44 front end. I dont know much more about this one.
Looking to get $5,300 for the pair but reasonable offers will be considered. I'd really like to sell this as a package deal. The '72 (parts bronco) does not run, no title, and delivery service or pick up from Northfield, MN will need to be arranged. Please call with any questions (612)819-3359 and dont hesitate to make me an offer, I'll see what I can do to work with you. Ask for Andrew. Thanks.
