I've got a 91 full size. I'm trying to get the wheel hub off to replace the rotor. I've done everything the manual says to do but the outer gear will not come out. Noone I know can tell me why. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ok I got the gears out. Do I need to pull the spindle and bearings out to get the rotor off?

There's a couple large nuts to remove then the whole works (bearings, etc) will slide off the spindle. No, the spindle does not come off. B)

Do you have the special 4WD Socket, or have you got past that already? If not you have to purchase a special Socket from Autozone or a similar store for your year Bronco.

I finally finished. Thanks for your help. This is the first time I've done brakes on a 4x4. I'm sure I'll be back for more advice.
